Thanks for a great review/demo, SynthMania. You know, at around 12:19 where you introduce that "hipass" sound, I at first read that as "hip-ass" instead of "hi-pass" -- but now I'm thinking that BOTH of those interpretations work just fine. That's a hip-ass little synth!

If you do covers on KZbin, you get demonetized - so, unless I aim at doing a tutorial for a particular song (like showing how to play "Gypsy Woman" or "What Is Love" etc., I try to avoid playing other people's famous material. I try to post original content.

Thank you so much for this. I’ve been intrigued by the Nutron but that intimidating patch bay and the fact that my Behringer Model D is the only synth in my setup (about 6 total) I’ve not truly bonded with. Will need to look and see if you have a similar vid for the Boog. I went looking through all your videos and shockingly noticed no Korg MS20! Any particular reason? The song was gorgeous BTW. You REALLY need a Bandcamp page.
@SynthManiaDotCom6 жыл бұрын
Thank you, Ed, yeah, no particular reason, just buying and selling over the years, I've had the MS20, like the other classic ones, the Odyssey, the Source, etc. but sold them, eventually would like to get them again although I'm on a digital tip right now

@2112jonr5 жыл бұрын
From what I can tell it's a standard proper sized DIN connector at the Neutron end, and whatever you have on your keyboard/audio interface at the other. Should take some physical abuse, unlike the 3.5mm sockets a few manufacturers use to cut costs.
