i realised that when i stopped avoiding my problems, for example i called friends that i hadnt talked to in a while, i went to the library to study for 5 hours if i felt i didnt really understand a subject, my confidence greatly improved. Its all about facing difficulties and giving them a punch in the face right as they come up
