The plaintiff claims he was walking down the street when the defendant’s dog bit him, so he’s suing for an ambulance ride and medical bills. The defendant says the dog didn’t bite the plaintiff, and he’s making it all up. The defendant hasn’t even seen the wound.

They have to sign it. That would’ve clearly stated that he was bitten, and what treatment, if any was rendered in the field.

Big time scammers! Why would you take an ambulance to the hospital for what obviously nothing! Just looking for a paycheck. And also ended up hurting a poor innocent kid by accusing him of letting the dog go and having his dogs taken away. They owe him therapy! Not happy with the defendant either. Why would you not get the dogs? The only one I really feel bad for is the kid and the dogs.

Let’s be clear though. The defendant is responsible for the son losing his dog. She could have easily gotten the dog back. Not only did she abandon the dog, she didn’t even bother to check and see what happened to him

Oh my, oh my!! Are those plaintiffs for real?? That “TINY” dog really bit that BIG guy?? Those pics are a joke, there is NO bite mark!! Those people are totally trying to SCAM the defendant!! They have no proof cause they are LYING period!! (Can’t believe they tried to show JM a pic of the guy’s foot then tried to convince JM there was an actual bite (punctured!!) Lol-Finally, Dougie does good and questions the scammers, err., excuse me, “plaintiffs” about their lack of evidence! The lady says something that JM didn’t believe her (duh), but that it was an honor to meet her!! (Even if JM did almost come right out & say they were liars!). They couldn’t have been very big fans though or they would have already known that JM usually requires proof, especially from plaintiffs!! Defendant could have at least “CALLED” to find out what happened to the poor dogs!! (Understandably she didn’t have $ to get him/them out, but a phone call costs nothing & at least wouldn’t always wonder what happened to them!). 😮

The plaintiff may have tried this before and got away with it. I noticed how the husband looked at her when she was talking to Doug..he must have given her a piece of his mind later. “It was a pleasure to meet the judge” really? You lost the filing fee and embarrassed yourself.
