That's exactly what I was going to say. Once the plaintiff decided she needs boundaries the defendant was like " he'll no". One thing I hated is that it seemed like she looked down on the girl. I was a Manny while I was in grad school for 2 boys for 4 years. It was so convenient as I had plenty of time to study and time to spend with the boys. I learned to be a dad taking them to their first day of school, teaching them to swim, play catch, etc. I definitely included doing dishes and cleaning as my job. I even tutored them. I trained the boys to clean. I did the dishes. I wanted their mom to come to home to a clean house as she is a single mother. I thought that was fair as they allowed me to eat whatever they had which really cut down on my bills. She worked hard and spent time with them after work too. I really felt for her bc she couldnt help but miss her boys' milestones. What she paid me wasnt crazy high but it allowed me to live my life comfortably and be able to pay bills. So grateful for them as I can do what I do now bc of their support.

Dang, where do I find a person like her that will watch my kids, clean my house & do errands for me all for one low price!! Seriously, if you owe someone that worked for you, then you OWE them! You can’t say you aren’t gonna pay them cause you feel like they disrespected you, got sassy, etc!! Tough crap! Just pay them so you don’t look like a dirty cheater & liar & then try to find another sucker to do all you want for one set amount!! Lol!!!

Now, let me say this..not long after turning 18, I decided to skip college, move in with my boyfriend, and become a nanny. The first family I was a nanny for had 5 children. At 18! And they fully expected me to run their entire house while mom and dad worked full time! After getting overwhelmed with keeping up with their house and activities, they had the audacity to fire me. They only paid me $300 a week…I feel bad for this girl!

Hilarious that the initial defendant statement says something about after the plaintiff got a boyfriend she no longer cleaned the defendants house. I love how it was never actually brought up as a defense after Judge Milan commented how the plaintiff shouldn’t be doing a job she wasn’t hired for. I hear parents say many times in these court shows how they get upset because the babysitter doesn’t have dinner ready, have clothes done or the house isn’t clean. Truly, the amount of delusion some people possess is astounding.

Sound like the defendant was exploiting the plaintiff timidness and making her work extra from the job scope. Once the plaintiff stood for herself and try to set boundaries that when the problem begin. Defendant probably didn't expect the plaintiff to sue and get away with not paying once she terminate the work. Most likely she is gonna hire another pushover baby sitter and do the same allover again.
