My grams raised me so I had a special bond with her and I could never put in to words the pain I felt when I Lost her and my father exactly 20 years later. My gram passed when I joined the army I had to get emergency leave from basic training to attend her funeral. Then right when I got out of the army and moved back home my dad passed away that is the only reason I know it was 20 years exactly. Anyway not that anyone cares I just had to say it for some reason.

Spent years stretching different materials onto various frames. Rescreening windows is ridiculously easy and it doesn't matter if the wind is blowing. You're supposed to measure the channel to determine the gauge of spline, there are two different "standard" sizes. Real window companies will have Miles of both sizes on every truck. You know the second you put spline into the channel if it's the correct size.

The case they talked about at the end: what it comes down to, is if the lawyer thinks he'll make money on it or not. If he doesn't think he'll win, he's not going to take it on contingency, meaning that you don't pay unless you win, and if it's a very expensive case, they also might not take it on contingency, unless they thought they were really going to make some money on it. It sounds like this is on contingency, otherwise they would be fine taking the case whether they could win it or not. As long as you're paying for it. This does not sound like a case where they would make a lot of money on it.

I have testified in court (not in the US) and we could chose to swear to a deity of our choosing or just secularly affirm that we would tell the truth. It is possible that now they just have people affirm - it was a while (25+ years) ago that I was in court. And yes, I get this is just a TV show and not real life, but Judge Milian always talks about how they pride themselves on staying as close to a real trial as possible. So, if they added this part then why? and if they didn't (if it is true to real court in the US) then the US is a strange place.
