Day 1-30 is 10x more difficult then 30-60 day 30-60 the urges will be there but not as frequent as the first 30 days I have noticed also that there will be more than 1 flatline period but after it passes you will instantly reap the rewards.. colors will appear more vivid, you will be able to see through peoples intentions and you may get a few stink looks from people that are on the lower vibrational plane. Animals and kids will be drawn to you and you will have immense pleasure in doing simple things like reading or riding a bike.. let your body rewire itself. that’s good it’s normal it’s supposed to be that way. the increased desire to succeed increases when you keep your seed. workout is fine, you can have best of both worlds- become physically the best w boxing and bodybuilding while also becoming spiritual and closer to God. i can assure you both is possible and actually becoming more spiritual can help you become a better boxer. for ex mike tyson said his coach told him that boxing is 90% spiritual. ronaldo and lebron james also said mental toughness is 50% or more important than physical. The aggression should be channeled into working out and boxing, nothing wrong

I keep relapsing after 72 days without a wet dream but i dont feel the type of depletion i used to feel. It still feels like im full up in a sense and its annoying because its causing more relapses. I still do feel depleted tho but i just have this feeling like it would take 20 relapses for me to be free of this compulsion to relapse. I dont want that at all tho.

Mr yash I've watched your 12 previous videos I wanna add something ( this semen retention isn't what makes the difference actually because we all know that the semen is stored above the testicles and will come out in a wet dream if we don't do anything ( no one can know if the wet dream is releasing all the semen or not!!!) The difference is the body is being fresh again And this leads to a point that this SR journey isn't a journey It's just a matter of time for the body to get back to its root, After that we won't see any difference The last thing is ( you lose control over something when you overdo it) And based on this rule we can get out of lust but only smart ones can reflect this rule for their advantage 😉 What do you think of my opinion sir? ❤❤

its not about preaching the “concept” of relapse and trying to get others to follow some mental strict standard with their mind. I have found thats impossible. It doesnt work. We dont have the mental power to do that anyway. You have to intuitively feel what is destructive for your existence and nervous system and then start taking steps to try to be free. In time grace does for you what you cant do for yourself. Its all up to grace, not the mind of a person. The mind can only take us so far. Its very limited in its power compared to our spiritual power. And there are different levels as u see. for example, watching porn 24 hours is worse than for 1 hour and masturbating to porn is worse than not, and so on. This journey is very individual. Just make a start and let the process unfold.

@TighearnachuaCleirigh idk i have very deep set eyes. Men twice my size, women, dogs, children all get scared when they try and stare at me. Everybody gets scared (not exaggerating) kinda like rasputins eyes. And since i was 15 i was a heavily spiritual person. And yes when i go on a long retention its like i start to glow aswell. Who knows.

@@herethere5637there may be some what if a correlation. what you are describing is physiognomy, look into it. i believe it. the premise is that the face indicates things about you like your personality habits mindset etc. I think there must be something else besides being very spiritual that correlates w deep set eyes as i’m sure there are some indian spiritual gurus w big bug eyes but i’m not sure what else contributes to deep set eyes besides obvious physical genetics factor and mewing. I read in a physiognomy book it has to do with how perceptive you are or something i forget. reply to this comment if you want me to get back to you, i have the book
