As far as Isa is not Jesus pbuh, Arab Christians call Jesus pbuh Isa because Isa is the Arabic translation of Jesus, the same Ibrahim is the Arabic translation of Abraham and Nuh is Noah and Musa is Moses...ect. And we Muslims love Jesus pbuh more than ourselves but as a prophet and a messenger of God not as God or son of God.

The world is infiltrated by evils everywhere within the media and internet now, thus by design and to exploit original sin and often the more sociologically susceptible thus destroying a family unit or even a one on one union and making everyone have 5 second attention spans. Best way is to live with balance and not be consumed while still having a healthy sex drive although I have found chicks to either be prudish if virtuous or the type that are overly sexual and thus promiscuous. Trying to find one young enough of all the pair bonding damage out there to explore sexually while in the value and context of a relationship is difficult.

Just woke up from a lustful dream. Dozed off twice and my mind kept going back to the same place. So I didnt even want to go back to bed. I was rebuking these spirits in the name of Jesus and decided I need to listen to prayers or something while I slept to put my mind in another place. Found this video. I wanted to add this: Oddly enough I have had little to no problem while I am awake, I pray constantly , read my word, mediate on it day and night. I love the fact that you mentioned the word "bored". Oftentimes, lustful thoughts and feelings find their way into us through feelings of boredom and loneliness. Everytime before I found myself watching pornography, I would feel so bored and lonely, and the lustful thought would show its head in my mind, but my mistake was to not cut the head. I'd allow it to reveal its entire body as well until I find myself completely immersed in it, and then I'd find myself watching dirty things on the internet, but luckily, and by the grace of God, I've never really been a porn or sex addict, and I do not even masturbate and I haven't had sex yet. I'm no longer controlled by sex thoughts and I do not entertain them. I simply cut them off the second they reveal their head to me like you mentioned in the video, and that is why I no longer crave for porn. This doesn't mean that I don't feel things in my body because I do. We all do, but what matters is how you respond to those kind of feelings.

I am a SOLDIER OF GOD, and I perform this purification of the body TEN TIMES PER DAY (once per commandment). When God tests my resolve, and I begin struggling on the tenth purification, I have 2TB of CHURCH APPROVED EROTIC MATERIAL to help me in my efforts. Hello, Jackie. I just wanna say that I am thankful to have come across this video. This video serves as a great reminder to remain strong in Christ Jesus no matter how hard trials may get within your life. As a 16 year old who has been struggling with lust for around 2 and a half years, I constantly find myself in a cycle of sin, shame, and regret when falling into a temptation that I have been trying to overcome. I know that with my strength alone, I am going to be unsuccessful every time, but if I continue seeking God and his righteousness I will succeed. By no means is this an easy walk but with continuous seeking for the Lord, the enemy will not win. 16! That's a great age to get to know our Lord Jesus Christ! Congratulations 🎉👏! Also, with only two years of addiction holding you back, you should have far less trouble than me in breaking out! Serotonin should be saved up so that we get that reward feeling for every little thing we do right. These days, I focus on trying to get to bed early/earlier and get up feeling more refreshed. Still working on it! It's a great focus to keep my mind on something that's actually helpful to my body. Exercise is also great. Just keep moving. Don't stay in one place for too long. Work. Do your homework, not even to try to do something amazing, but just to get something productive done to feel good about yourself and to have less free time to go to places that aren't good for you. This is a war for time. Fight for your time with our Lord! He's worth it!

Thank you, this was spot on. For years I struggled with lust and lived a defeated Christian life even though I prayed and read my Bible. But the most powerful thing I learned is exactly what you said.....we must stop the attacks of the enemy and the flesh while they are far off. Once we allow ourselves to think about the lust for even a couple seconds it is usually already too late. Use the sword of the Spirit immediately and focus on something good, pure, and praiseworthy!

That thought from afar is exactly right. I am male and 22 years old. I will say that from ever since the age of about 15 for me there has been a constant struggle with purity. The natural male and teenage hormones probably make it more difficult and maybe I am just past those hormones now but I can not only attribute my recent accomplishments to that. About 6 months ago now I have realized the hold that wrongful thinking will have over you. I can testify that resetting your thoughts is exactly what needs to happen. The temptations will always show up every so often but it is the development of a habit of discipline and diligence that will set you free from the grasps and enslavement of lust. The key is the development of that habit so that no matter when, if it's in the first few days, weeks, months or maybe even years, you are diligent enough to identify a lustful thought the second it starts trying to push itself into your consciousness. You could call that diligence strength. St. Michael just might just be able to help you foster that strength if you reach out to him and make a commitment to honor your request with him. The thoughts that you allow your mind to entertain are the thoughts that come to fruition through your actions

As someone who spent many years struggling with lust, i can tell you with 100% certianty that the most powerful weapons against lustful thoughts are (1) change imediately what you are doing or your surroundings (think Joseph and Potifers wife - leave the situation), then (2) pray fervently in your heart for help, and then follow this up with either (3) memorizing and quoting scriputre, or (4) memorizing and singing hymns in your heart that invite the spirit. Nothing is more effective than these steps.

The thought of the enemy saying “come sit with me and play again.” He wants me to come back and play because when I’m drinking I start lusting. I become ugly and verbally hurtful towards my wife. When I know she’s a gift from God. The enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy. He tries to fool me into thinking that my depression and anxiety subsides when I drink. Wow this is soo powerful!

Wonderful word, Jackie! I’ve seen this area of lust as THE sin that most affects my fellowship with Christ and other men I know. Obviously, not just a problem for men but I believe it keeps a lot of Christian’s from moving forward in their Christian walk and serving in the church. A week ago I was given the same revelation by God through that passage, "Take every thought captive" and when I am driving and pass by women on the street who may wear basically nothing (I am a delivery driver, and apparently it is common to walk around naked), I say out loud "Lord this thought is made captive by your power and mastery over my mind, my life is modeled after your word and by the power of your Spirit make me obedient from the heart. This thought is yours to do with as you will and be made completely obedient to you. Save me and be with me, strengthen me each moment to always live according to your spirit in power and truth. It is always in Jesus name that I pray and give thanks, amen." I never understood how equipping that passage really was for this battle, but meditation and prayer and fasting are powerful tools, but most of all is the Spirit of God which dwells in us to overcome all challenges. Sister, God bless you! May the Lord God Almighty be with you and your family always to bless you and grant you success. In Christ's most precious name I pray, amen. I loved this video, although relatively short there is a lot to unpack here. I once struggled with addiction to porn and same sex attraction, but I was able to defeat it through both prayer and taking action by eliminating every source of temptation like you suggested yourself. I'm now married to a wonderful woman of God so for every brother (or sister for that matter) who's struggling with the same problems do not feel alone or condemned, there is nothing you can't overcome with the help of the Lord and His people.

I know it every time, that when I don’t read or have God close this one sin is so quickly to devour me.
