I've had problems before too and don't really anymore. I make sure I'm not on my phone or laptop before bed, the blue light wakes you up. I wind-down 30 mins before bed. Maybe some bedtime yoga or meditate, and I try to make sure I go to sleep before 12. During lockdown i was going to bed at 10.30 and waking up and 8.30, it was amazing. Also make sure to get some time in nature every day. Practice a lot of mindfulness, and eat well, don't eat right before bed. Edit: I wrote this comment before I got to the insomnia part and I'm literally that person with a tip hahah i knew I would be, just trying to help oh well haha

She was funny from start to end and her speech was clear. Sometimes you listen to comedians but at a certain time they either speak to low or fast that you can't pick up the joke (especially of you have hearing problems) but she is the first comedian that I can give an A+ on speech, clear tone and timing of words.
