14 day detox tips.... * Warm lemon or aamla water 1st thing in d morning. *Have lot of water throughout the day. *Have dinner before 8pm. *Do intermittent fasting 12:12. *Have lots and lot of fiber lyk spinach, brocolli nd veggies. *Avoid Milk,sugar, honey, jaggary, Wheat, bread,junk for 14 days....

Wheat and rice contains lot if carbohydrates which eventually break down to give us energy but if we cut down the carbs in our diet ,body will use stored fat to produce enery that is why carbs rich are mostly avoided in weight loss diets
