Well i wish i knew this when i started my journey over 20 years ago, i would have lived my life completely different when i was young. My spine had buldimg discs, the spine canal has narrowed, i also have nerve damage. Is it ever too late to reach this at this late age. After a spate of depression i realise i need to get back to my spiritual practices.

My mother told me of this liquid. She told me that there is a liquid that comes down from your brain to your stomach in order to help digest your food. She told me that grandma would get very tired after eating because she either had too little of this liquid or more of the liquid would have to come down in order to digest the food because her body didn't function properly.
