I wouldn’t have learned how to play drums if it wasn’t for this guy, Bill Rieflin RIP Chris Vrenna, And Rey Washam to name a few...These guys in the industrial, alternative, punk, & metal scene were my early inspirations. Hats off to you Mr. Atkins!

Actually, that gated sound was first introduced on Peter Gabriels third album. Produced by Steve Lilywhite.

Very unorthodox drumming stlye (ex pro here) but he's ROCK solid! That is the most important quality as s drummer before everything else. Martin seems a cool guy too and somehow retained his sense of humour.

Hmm Flowers of Romance drumming does sound a bit off. I think I read somewhere that Keith drummed on that track? It's def Martin on Four Enclosed and Under The House tho you can tell within seconds...

I think Keith has some percussive stuff on it, like his own drums, if you watch the TOTP performance Keith has some toms
