If you come to Diest, defenitely check out the nearby town of Averbode too. Famous for its Abbey, the Ice cream lane (lekdreef) next to it and the Abbey makes their own beer and cheese too and use it in their dishes at the Abbey's Tavern called "het moment" Amazing hiking routes in the surrounding woods too if you're into that.

4:30 - 5:30 loved to hear this old song in the background: Blue Bayou - it was performed in English by Roy Orbison (1963) and Linda Ronstadt (1977), and in German by the Swiss singer Paola (1978). 13:00 - .... You usually use a fork to eat the first mussle. After that you use the first mussle shell to get the other mussles out of the shell. Love to see your next adventure in Luxembourg. Do you know that most people of Luxembourg speak at least four languages? Luxembourgish (Letzeburgesch), French, German (official languages) and English.

Having raised rabbits for meat, rabbit needs a lot of sauce and spices. Rabbit is very lean and it doesn't have too many edible parts. Many people don't know this but the best part of the rabbit is the liver. Way better than chicken livers.
