Perfect topic for me today! The last two days I’ve had very minimal symptoms, especially in my left hip. I feel a deeper knowing that my brain and nervous system IS receiving and believing all the messages of safety. If my brain can turn off the signals for almost 2 days, it can turn them off for longer periods of time.YEAH! Wishing you and everyone else a peaceful day. 🌺💗🌈

Today is my birthday. After getting better I have been dealing with symptoms again in the past weeks and I confess I woke up with a bad feeling. However, my first instinct was to come here and listen to this message. It made me feel much better and ready to enjoy this day with the people that care. Thanks Dan and great day to everybody

The group calls are great. I got a lot out of them both from Dan and from other members. Well worth the price. I have paid twice as much for one hour of counselling. 😊

I’m committed to getting better! And yesterday I finally got some relief 🎉 My hope is restored! It’s those days - those breaks in the storm - that remind me I CAN do this because I already AM. So glad the air quality is improving, Dan. Enjoy your time outdoors. Oh and anyone on the fence abt the group - JOIN!! It is SUCH a help.

I was thinking about how those who ha chronic pain are like actors who have taken on a role and are stuck in the role they are playing. What do you think about that?

I love the wording " I'm committed". I highly, highly recommend the group coaching! It has been so very, very helpful for me!. Knowing I have a community to help me and encourage me along the way has been so wonderful! I always learn something from the group coaching calls and I love that Dan is always great and super helpful when answering my questions. If im having a down day it really helps to watch the replays of the coaching calls! Thanks so very. Very much Dan for all you do!

I found this super helpful. I think these subtle distinctions are really important. Like at the last group call, you spoke about the difference between focusing and noticing (good video topic?). Thank you Dan, and I can't tell you how good it feels to her Kyle's beautiful voice singing my words. I'd like to give a big shout out for the group coaching. It's a game changer. There is so much wisdom, kindness and camaraderie. beyond words. love you, beth

Hi Dan It’s grass pollen season. June - July. Summer. My least favourite time of year. What’s your take on TMS approach for hay fever? Have you seen any success stories?

Could the fears have an affect on other illnesses other than pain. I am 75 and you have helped me with the pain. I go to instant fear and the dark side if I start experiencing other health problems. Not getting enough sleep is not helping. Thank you.

I experienced a rather horrible distraction this week. I came upon the idea of polyvagal theory. Rebecca Tollin mentioned it in a podcast interview as something that was helpful to her. I listened to a number of podcasts on the subject. I couldn’t find a single actionable insight. What do you even do with this theory or information? Was wondering if others have had a similar experience.
