That class was FIRE! I have MS so I did have to adapt a bit to some of the foot placement but I felt every muscle fire it up baby! I loved the constant adjustment reminder, I need that realignment. Just loved it. Thanks for a great start to my day! Shimmy on sistahs!

I have belly danced before but, gotta say I feel the burn with my thighs and obliques. Yea! I have muscles that are really mad right now. Gonna use a cream to help the muscles relax and feel better. Thanks for the burn.

I have checked many different Arabic dance courses on KZbin and then I found out that this is the best one! It's perfect for beginners. I mean not too difficult neither too easy and boring! It keeps you aktiv and motivated with all explanations you need! I'm still practicing the first lesson to learn it well enough to begin the second one. THANK YOU SO MUCH!❤
