I'm going to try this today will update daily! Day 1 : this exercise 50 times Regular workout for 15 mins Day 2: still same (maintaining a proper diet) It was still the same as day 5 Day 8 i started finding ease in doing it Day 15 i lost 1 kg and my bust feels light Day 16-18 my leg feels so much pain joints hurt And day 21 i lost 2 kg my size is 32 now it was 35 inch before

You can't target a single body area for fat reduction. Targeted workouts don't work, you have to do for the whole body to tone down the area you want to.

Great workout but remember to stretch first before doing this, as it puts a lot of pressure on the knees and back. First you should stretch and warm up those joints and muscles.
