I think there could have been a bit more work done on the neck movement, afaik they move it back and forth a bit while trotting/galloping, otherwise impressive. I cringed at 0:30

The horse is way too jiggly on the stomach. They only shake a bit. They aren't some jiggly cake shit.

I study animal anatomy as well but you have to think of it like this. If these CG animals were the core focus of the shot (seen up super close for long periods of time) then more care would have to go into the animation and muscles but since the shot has so much going on it doesn't matter. There would be too much to look at in such a short period of time, most people want to know what's going on with the main characters, not the CG horses. Besides, the horses are waring saddles with cloth overlap which is another distraction to the audience, no one is going to see the jiggly belly with the saddles on so why waste time trying to fix that.
