Some people don't know the difference between a cable tricep pulldown versus a push down.... changing the distance only changes the angle... adjustable benches are the same concept it changes the angle!

This is Gold, where to start the set shortest muscle can be 1st? ie furthest away then lastly closest to machine at longest muscle tension?

Where does grip orientation stand in all of this? Some use overhand, neutral as in the video, and underhand grips.
@stackindatpapa10 жыл бұрын
i think its preferrence and comfort for me i cant do do underhand shoulders get bothered to much
@Theking1969 жыл бұрын
In theory this is great but when using much higher weights the cable is going to pull you forward unless you put out a foot in front of you to hold yourself back.

Does the distance target different heads of the tricep? The long head gets the most work in all those distances, but what about the lateral head?
@Criticalbench8 жыл бұрын
This article in ironmag actually covers that question quite well rather than me explaining it: www.ironmanmag.com.au/training/training-tips/417-triceps-how-to-train-all-three-heads

Out of all the KZbin fitness personality I continue to pay attention to Ben Pakulski more do to the EDUCATIONAL content and the understanding of muscle mind connection the only downside to this video is it has the same setting as his "How to build your chest muscles " video the instructional part has to compete with background needs to be higher volume levels or captions so we get the content and not just the visualization aspects

Criticalbench Well I have seen lots of videos to say the least from guys that are also pro's and his size, but Ben's knowledge and theory it's far beyond. My favorite by far.

Would you start a tricep workout with this exercise, or is this more like the last exercise and fatigueing the muscle completely?
@Hohmies868 жыл бұрын
Iwan van de Weer I work my tris Sunday, Wednesday(lightly) and a solid hr with only 45 sec rest between dropset after dropset. It's been 2 years since I've been back at working out. Arms have grown 2" (during pump) in just over 2 months. Granted my arms used to be 18" ( no pump). It's great for me to mix it up constantly,
@rubenperez7855 жыл бұрын
I did this... after years I thinking I was a "tricep expert" and I endorse this message. Great pump, good soreness the next couple of days

BPAK says this but Phil Heath says don't bother with things like this, JUST LIFT
@maxschlepzig64110 жыл бұрын
Well, its not nearly as simple as just ''listing''. I guarantee if you let Phil Heath ro Ronnie Coleman train you for a year you wont look nearly as good as if you let Bpak train you. Have you ever asked yourself hod do you even know 'how to just lift''? What does that even mean? Not only does Mr. O have freak genetics, he's also on freak amounts of ''other stuff'' he won't tell you about.

Look, everything this guy says is pretty legit from what I can tell. He’s intelligent and articulate and obviously well educated when it comes to gaining muscle. But it’s all overshadowed by the fact that he clearly does steroids. So if you would just put a disclaimer at the beginning of each of the videos saying that without steroids you cannot achieve the physique Ben has, I think he would have a lot more credibility.
