Love how you break down the biomechanics of movement in muscle training. I've done the exact same thing with golfers and their swing. Good stuff Ben!

Excellent communicator .....I really appreciate you giving REASONS why we do these things, I can remember it much longer if I know WHY I'm doing it....no one comes close to your coaching. Simply the BEST.

Great bringing it all together at the end and making it crystal clear so it's not surprising you have as many subscribers as you have. I've added myself to the ranks.

ben's legs are so freaking big, it looks like he has to wear special "fat man" shorts! the irony of ben having to wear the exact same clothes as someone who does absolutely NO exercise makes me laugh :)

Great explanation which I have always wondered about, now I can do them correctly for both. Thanks Ben, you help a lost of people avoid injuries with correct forms and also get much better results.

Very helpful! I'm very curious to know: Is it possible to develop great legs by just unilateral movements? These days my primary exercise is the Bulgarian split squat. I feel I get more out of it than Squats. Also, I'm into Mountain Biking and think the Bulgarian gives me some extra power on those brutal climbs.

Great Info Ben. I have the new MI40X program which I am still developing the primer phase to get my form correct. The tip and tricks really help on these vids, I did chest and Tri's tonight and I have to say, with the principle of flexing before you engage the rep and contracting while you are doing the rep at the end, I can feel a huge difference with the specific isolation of each one. (ten seconds to HOLD the contraction is a LOT, I hope to get to 20!!) Its nice, I can lighten the load (which is kind on the joints) and get much more intensity...I'm sore for days, especially the second. Keep in mind, I'm 5' tall and 110 lbs and I am FINALLY getting some descent definition with your training principles. :-) Thanks so very much for sharing your knowledge with us, you always go above and beyond...You're the BEST!

@joshuabyram74857 жыл бұрын
Brock Bako it should definitely improve leg strength and definition and you may see some growth but probably not a ton of mass.
