Im a stagehand and have worked comedy shows. I haven't worked Burr yet but I ran a spotlight for Maher and he was the most professional "I've done this before." comic i've yet seen. His plane was late, he barely showed up on time, went right from the car to the stage, put his notes down on the black stool every comic seems to need and proceeded to kill it. He went on on-time, did his set and ended on-time. As someone whose day doesn't end until the shows over and everything is put away that kinda professionalism is meaningful.
