great content bryce! my bench sucks too and i honestly prefer strategy from someone who struggles cause the guys who crush bench at my gym and ask them for advice they give me the same answer... i dunno, i just lift

My squat is 320 KG, Deadlift 350 KG......Bench 155KG, which in powerlifting is nothing. I hate bench.
