Last week I looked in a box in my closet, and I found a BM 42-400 and a BM 46MC I had forgotten about after I moved to my new house 15 years ago. I bought them right before I moved, and they are both in perfect condition. I am happy about it to say the least. Random story I know, but I do not have anyone else to tell it to that could appreciate it >.>

Oh man, I'm so jealous... I always loved everything about the 87 except for that box cutter blade, so this one is a huge upgrade in my eyes. It's a little too rich for my blood though, I'll have to stick with my 51!

Just fyi. The 87 isn't popular with competition flippers for a good reason. The majority seems to hate it. I have no experience with it so I have no opinion other than not liking the handle design
