So many people say - be goal oriented! What Tony says here with change is however - focus not on the final goal of being changed, but on the process of change. In other words, if you focus on the final destinaion, once you arrive there you will loose your momentum. The tension, the difference between where you were at and where you were going or wanted to go will shrink and disappear and you will stall again, possibly falling back into old patters. So the goal is then to not really have a destination to get to, but a path to go... Yeah, that's what I've heard in some Eastern philosophies... happines is not a destination, it's a road, a path, a way of life...

The secret to lasting change is in how you talk to yourself. Your thoughts are tools that create your world. If you say to yourself "I love myself, I approve of myself, I appreciate myself, I am a money magnet, I eat the right amount of a healthy diet, I drink the right amount of healthy drinks. I let go of fear, guilt, anger, blame, resentment, sadness, tension" then your life will improve. Soak your mind in positive thoughts and the negative thoughts dissolve. Love is the healing force.

Perfectly said - God Bless. A lot of people being deceived by these 'gurus' into measuring 'earthly' success. Material possessions mean nothing people.

I'm an amateur athlete (as well as a parent with a pretty good job) and have been involved in a few sports over many years and I have to say Tony is right. Most people can benefit greatly from a coach because when it comes down to it We are the worst at helping ourselves because our emotions get involved. They get so involved that they take over because the main emotions which get involved and take over are fear, anxiety and doubt and they make it so we do nothing but question ourselves. A coach takes that away and makes it so we are just doing what the coach is telling us to do and following a plan

Extraordinary communication, extraordinary results. Certainty and Belief= Potential, Potential= Action, Action= Results which continues in a loop. Based on whatever results are produced and your perception. A certain level of certainty is produced and a certain set of beliefs are created. Now based on this, the pattern rounds the next base & a pattern is either reinforced or a new pattern is created. This is why the rich gets richer and the poor get poorer. Different action taken equal different results. Which change the course of the pattern by a little or a lot. Stay flexible in your approach and decide your goal is a must. Develop an acute sensory awareness and you are well on your way my friends.

As always, inspirational. But a quick word about that word, "inspired." It doesn't actually mean, "in spirit," as Tony says, but rather, it's from Latin "in + spirare" which means "to breathe in." Still makes for a great metaphor, however, as whatever you breathe in or fill yourself with - attitude, determination, behaviors - determines who you are and who you can become! Bravo!
@dlwatib10 жыл бұрын

There is quite a lot of solid advice in the tapes and books, some would call common sense, it depends if you ever had all those lessons in your life growing up, which I didn't. That said what you say is right. I remember when I was starting up and using these programs years ago. I went to the coach, said I couldn't afford the coaching, but put an offer that I'd give them 20% of my businesses income I was starting to coach me to success in it. They liked the offer but didn't take me up on it ;)

I think you make it to simple. It is one thing coaching the army. large business or athlete that needs to align their own energies and get rid of blocks. It is tougher for a small business owner trying to build a business on limited income in a market with many strong established brands. I agree learning to push your own buttons is huge but do not agree that everywhere challenge can be met and adjusted by a coach with no knowledge of that field. You sell confidence.
