!!! Do not miss this information !!! I shifted to 4 hour sleep routine to have some time back for work and play, the first few days will lead to chronic sleep deprivation due to not able to enter REM sleep, all the hormones will imbalance, no will to do anything, but if you still continue, then happens the magic, the brain adapts to it and you will enter REM sleep within a few minutes after getting into the bed. This doesn't work good for body builders or anyone with extreme activities, as sleep is their physical requirement, but for us normal humans, it is more mental

Bro daily i go gym at 5 and do for 1 hr and i get 5 hrs for sleep is it good for me i dont feel any discomfort from this but i just think is it gonna make muscle loss for me more

​@@Exoticyt24 it depends on persons.... All this science shits are waste nowadays.. They even don't know what is right or wrong.. All explains based on some studies done based on few surveys... Those surveys can be paid surveys or not accurate as I found most researchers are lazy and cheaters to get grades... So don't rely on this kind of shit stuffs.. Be yourself.. If you feel tired take rest.. If you are energetic be active.. But don't medicate or use any thing alternatively to get rid of sleep or tiredness.. Watch your bodies natural habits... Thats enough.

Humans are not naturally polyphasic we need longer durations of sleep to work on. Polyphasic should be used in extreme conditions like astronaut, military operations, etc .

Yogic tradition se sir maine semi cooked food or intense exercise seekhi jis se meri body energy badh gai, sir this is spiritual dimension where sleep quota reduces and efficiency increases, us raw food consumption se meri body energy me gazab ke changes aaye i do gym exercise as well but me rat bhar nai jagta, yoga has given me a boon i take everything in balance and testosterone is maintained well...

I eat daily 7-8 white eggs and 1 whole egg. 125-150 grams chicken. 13 gram Almond, 1 bowl row vegetable, 1 table spoon peanuts butter, 2 table spoon curd, 1 glass low fat milk, 1 bowl Indian Khichadi mix with white rice and lentils, 2 small orange, 2 medium banana, 1 roti, 2 times green tea. My present body fat is 14%. I want to reduce it upto 9%. Is my workout and diet is enough for it? If yes, how much time it will be take? Please Sir reply me...

Hello Thank You for this information.. I have a suggestion regarding sleep cycle effects.. i.e. Some people have night shifts so they sleep in day time.. While some start sleeping at 4 am and wakeup according.. So what is the difference & effects between normal sleep cycle and above mentioned timings. If possible than do make a video on this.
