!!! Do not miss this information !!! I shifted to 4 hour sleep routine to have some time back for work and play, the first few days will lead to chronic sleep deprivation due to not able to enter REM sleep, all the hormones will imbalance, no will to do anything, but if you still continue, then happens the magic, the brain adapts to it and you will enter REM sleep within a few minutes after getting into the bed. This doesn't work good for body builders or anyone with extreme activities, as sleep is their physical requirement, but for us normal humans, it is more mental

@@Exoticyt24 it depends on persons.... All this science shits are waste nowadays.. They even don't know what is right or wrong.. All explains based on some studies done based on few surveys... Those surveys can be paid surveys or not accurate as I found most researchers are lazy and cheaters to get grades... So don't rely on this kind of shit stuffs.. Be yourself.. If you feel tired take rest.. If you are energetic be active.. But don't medicate or use any thing alternatively to get rid of sleep or tiredness.. Watch your bodies natural habits... Thats enough.
