I have the 828U Silver. Use it for walked up and rough shooting. It's a great gun, can carry it all day effortlessly. If you're going to shoot 100 sporting clays every week, probably best to have another clay gun. Still love my 828U though...

This 828S is available with a steel action (not a sporter) so this will be more suited for those who want to use it this gun for game and clays

Quite a step up in bore size. I recently changed from a 828U to a Silver Pigeon, and even the small increase in diameter there appears to affect the powder burn with fibre (more unburnt deposits left behind).

It is a large increase in bore diameter! It is nice to see innovation, technology and new ideas emerging, hopefully it will prove to be a successful recipe
