I used it for traveling, just copy data files from Smartphones to HDD external, but cannot connect to TV via HDMI port, because it NOT compatible with Xiaomi smartphones

I’ve used it for a few hours at a time transferring files and with a keyboard and microphone and have not experienced any heating problems at all. 👍

Just tried the hub connecting a Chromebook to a projector and theater sound via HDMI. Played a few KZbin videos and the hub was warm to the touch, but that’s it. I don’t have a separate monitor, but I’m guessing this gets close.
