Noel did an excellent job guiding the conversation. I look forward to more and more of these podcast style videos talking about what goes on behind the scenes in the business. I hope all Gymshark consumers watch this video and understand Ben's vision for the brand and all he does for it.

There’s a lot of positive things to take from this for all of us whom have had ‘difficult’ business partners, difficult to the point they’ve sabotaged the business simply because it’s not ‘all’ about them, as things moved on they became less relevant and rather than move aside or collaborate they hit the destruction button. Great company, fantastic people 😁👍

I really got a lot from this and, I expect more realisations will come. The initial one is, I am mind blown by what Gymshark has become and love the ethos of the company, but realise that my ambition is not to be a 'Unicorn' company, simply a multi, multi million UK business with great products and ethics, that has international customers. It,s my stage of life and I know it. Brilliant content fella's.

I'm early stages with my drinks brand and love the chat around not focusing on raising money, but profit cycling to grow. Could you do a conversation focused on this? Personally, I'm determined to bootstrap, but so many areas for improvement in my business and I could do with additional help with, but can't afford to bring people in or outsource. Would be great to hear how you guys bridged this gap early on!

Ben, it’s great that GymShark has had the growth it has, in fact it’s usually mentioned in every piece of media related to the brand! But what is GymShark’s environmental impact assessment plan? A billion dollar brand with all the manufacturing and transport etc that is involved has a huge environmental impact. Growth shouldn’t come at any cost, and using recycled packaging isn’t enough. It would be great to hear you talk more on this. Thanks.

I have always wanted to expand my business but I could not do that because the cash was not forth coming as I had planned. Getting referred to Mr Andy Calistoga played a great role in that vision. Mr Andy is a great mentor and the best trader/Account manager on my list.
