@garrettjames24 1. yes you will need to "hold-under" (aim below the target) 2.you can sight in at any range (try to stay logical though, zeroing a 60 ft/lb rifle at 10 yards would be a shame...(although sometimes zeroing a rifle at very close range makes it zeroed at longer range at the same times as the pellet trajectory croses the crosshairs position two times: when it is ascending and when it is descending) 3.if you are doing some hold-over it will: a mil-dot at 10x is worth 2mildots at 20x

@EdgunUSA good news, some people say it shoots really well, but i have yet to see any convincing proof, you should do a vid on how it shoots when its been tuned, apparently its really easy to adjust the hammer throw and tension to up the power, it would be interesting to see, keep up the good work

Nice Ted your going to like both of the Benjamins i have both but the M rod is .22 cal. you will here mixed things about the ..22 accuracy i guess i got a good one because i can get dime size groups at 30 yards on any day.Enjoy them. Mike

That pistol is awesome and so is the rifle, the rifle is definitely "meatier" than what I expected but that makes a little bit cooler for being non-standard.

i like the look of the pistol, i think it woudl work out well in a bullpup stock, im looking forward to seeing how it shoots, i ahve spent ages looking tongiht and foudn nothing more than a few numpties shooting tin cans ,

Yes, the Gerber Gator line of knives are still in production, they're a lot of knife for the money if you're looking for a folding hunting knife. I bought mine back in the early 90's and it's still one of my favorite knives. I can't wait to see that .25 Cal in a hunting video, talk about overkill.

You are going to like the Marauder pistol, mine has been great. With the stock and a my Bushnell banner 3-12 I am able to get 1/2 inch groups at 40 yards.. Nice shooting, light, handy pest slaying machine. Great channel BTW and look forward to your reviews on both the guns!

i have that same scope but its the AR-22 version, acurate as all hell, and the illuminated reticles make night shooting ALOT easier then depending on your light source to illuminate the reticle

I purchased the Marauder .25 along with the Viper 4-16x50 and have cleared away about 75 ground squirrels so far. This morning I got the first grey squirrel and we had it for dinner. Num Num! So that knife you got, I lost my dad's exact one last month, we were on our way to Home Depot, left it in the back of his truck, we hit the first turn, it flew out the bed, into the grass, never saw it again... Now I feel pretty terrible for losing such a nice knife.

You really have the best shooting videos I've seen on KZbin. I've been interested in the Discovery because of the lower price and the hand pump. I had an RWS 34 that I got rid of because the sights kept shifting. It seems the pcp guns could be inconvenient and costly for those that don't shoot every day. What do you think for someone who wants to shoot rats and squirrels in that price range?

So what do you think about the pistol. I have it and I think it is great. Plenty of potential there. I plan to mod it some time in the future with some additional stfuff. Maybe remove the plastic stuff on it and replace it aluminium.

When you talked about being the "field" all day... I have to ask about your work. Do you get all your income (excluding any family income) through your hunting? Is it just a seasonal thing or do you do the hunting on days you don't work (and if so what else do you do that you find the time to hunt)? Perhaps most importantly, what do you make in a year? I'm curious about doing a similar thing for a while before getting a different job, or maybe as a hobby that pays for itself.

put a 1/2 drop to 1 drop of 3 in 1 oil it detonates from the compression my 22 cal chronos at 1400 ftps

@garrettjames24 well actually it matters if there is alot of drop with your pellet gun and it's zoomed in if you zoom out you might want to adjust the crass hairs a little up i think if not just aim higher (im sorry i don't really know to much and adjusting crosshairs and such

I have made a few mods to mine and have it shooting around 650 fps I also added a small scope this gun is 90$ on amazon and I think u should do a video on the gun I was also wondering if I should try to hunt rabbits with it. No they arent but check out the crosman 1720t. Its basically the same design/feel/look as the marauder pistol but its single shot .177 BUT, the 1720t uses a Lothar Walther barrel!! Very good barrel. Same barrel manufacturer that Teds 2,000$ pcp's use for most of them.

If 4 example you zero in at 75m, there's a good chanche that if you try to shoot something at 25 you'll be hitting high. 2. It depends on the kind of weapon you're shooting, and on what your preferences are:) 3. That makes no difference, unless you're using a mil dot scope of course
