That is about right. You have options . Some of us like peaceful relaxing or simple life, good for meditation , hiking... and others like to be where the action is... This is so amazing about India. You have beach, mountains, spirituality, Ayurveda... all at very affordable prices. So Ben can you make videos on Ayurveda, crime, pollution, Health Care, Yoga practices and therapies, just a few suggestions.

This is indian mentality: The maintenance of the bathrooms and furnitures are extremly bad. Before moving in you have to invest at liest 1500 €. In Germany many people are still using the furnitures of 1920s and older. My cabinet was made in the year 1898. Still they look nice! Anyway I love India very much.

BUBBA I´m caught between The Banana Leaf and The Colorful Penthouse Suite. There´s actually a super good restaurant in Mumbai I ate at by the same name The Banana Leaf and it´s about South Indian food and even the restaurant has miniature temple replicas and other South Indian décor. Highly recommend you go there whenever you´re in Mumbai next time. I gotta go with The Colorful Penthouse Suite as I love the view of Arunachal for meditation and Hath yoga on that terrace. The neighborhood looks cool. Here in the West I don´t the noise from neighbors but the 48 days I spent in North INDIA back in 2019 with all the "noise" was totally awesome. Can´t explain why but I was just captivated by all of India with 2 or 3 situations I didn´t like but you know how the saying goes "You can´t always have your cake and eat it all the time". I could definitely work off my cell phone doing my English online classes there!

Hello Ben, at first I was wondering if the costs you are showing is per day/month, being that they are so low when compared to in 🇺🇸. I like the two so called high priced ones, where exactly are these located, what state, town. The one in an ashram is really nice, what are the names of ashrams that you showed, they would have good organic vegetarian meals probably. The funny one is the Russian guy dealing in India with you, does he want rubles, $, or Rs. Thanks. Best.

I personally as a single female would probably live in any of them except for the $50 a month room. I am moving to India in one and a half months to find my father in New Delhi and I’m curious as to how far this town is from New Delhi as well as what do you think the big city of New Delhi would be right for me as a single female? I am a country girl and I love my privacy and I love the outdoors! But I’m just curious as to how far I would have to commute to New Delhi when searching for long lost my family if I lived in the city? Also if I wanted to purchase would that be an option for me as an American born woman but I am Indian as well. I am a unique mix because Caucasian and Hindu Indian people don’t usually mix but fortunately my father was going to college in the United States when they met. I am probably going to be giving up my American citizenship and obtaining my Indian OCI card because I found out you have more rights with that card! Any advice would be a blessing and I wanted to tell you a super love your attitude and super love the place where you live and I super feel your vibe because I absolutely truly understand what it’s like as an American to be in India. I love India and culture and can’t wait to get to know more of my Indian side because I was raised mostly in the US! Thanks 🙏 bunches and stay sweet, happy and peaceful!
