My mom is filipino and my dad is French italian northeastern, his family is from NYC to Connecticut so we're doublely family oriented. That's to say I had an aunt who wastnt blood suggest the same thing for my dad cuz she didnt know us well and saw how he vented to me a lot and i can say now from experience that the family dynamic and blunt nature of our home culture along with the struggles and traumas weve all endured together allows us to vent and be each others therapists with a deeper and sometimes more profound impact than a therapist. This mall is getting closer to European style. Having apartment complexes mixed in. But still kinda car centric. Most places in Europe have mall, community center, groceries, parks and apartment complexes, schools ,clinics and offices all in one area. You basically can walk everywhere
