How can I make this happen? I already have 3 properties and the bank won't lend with no down payment. I live in a highly competitive market, there's no such thing as no money deals. Agree. Decluttering is relieving. Not only don't you have to worry about stuff being stolen, but you're not liable for anything your property may do. Leaks, fumes, your property catching fire and burning down the whole block, etc. Every time I've moved, less stuff has come with me and it feels more liberating each time.
