I had such a great time interviewing Costi Hinn as he explains what he saw from an insider's perspective within the Word of Faith movement largely led by his uncle Benny Hinn. We continue to post these videos to warn many of you of some of the scams that are going on in the body of Christ and for you to be discerning as to what ministries you are involved in. We seek to expose any and all false teaching in an effort to protect you from it. @Grace 82 Indeed, it is good that God opened Costi Hinn's eyes regarding the lies and errors of the WOF/prosperity gospel...its just sad that he is going from one error to an others by trusting and beleiving in the calvinist doctrine which is also a misinterpretation of the Word of God. I beleive WOF-Prosperity gospel is wrong and also calvinism is wrong.... How about beleiving the bible, the Word of God in its context. I just want to go on record to say many years ago I witnessed a drug dealer deep in the city, who was always up late at night regularly,watch Benny Hinn every time he was able and we might have laughed at the shenanigans that seemed con artisty right, but he did speak God’s word and that young man who needed to hear it, was fed by it through Benny Hinn so even though he had flaws, I always respected him for having God speak through him to reach who ever he did.

I was Christian since I was 9. I left the church I was in and a traveling evangelist touched my heart in church. I felt God’s spirit that day in church. I used to go to these Benny Hinn crusades when I was a very young single mother in the 90s with a baby struggling to make ends meet. A group of sweet, dear ladies from our community would rent a bus to go to Detroit. We would all give money that we desperately needed ourselves because Benny and his crew would brain wash us into believing that if we gave in our need God would meet our needs. Knowing now that the money was used for $25K a night hotels and going out to clubs burns my ears and brings tears to my eyes. All those genuine people who would drive hours to get to these crusades.. kind hearted loving people… and it was all a scam. So unbelievable . But God is so so good and still took care of us all. I am so grateful to the Lord. God bless you Costi for being so raw and transparent and honest. ❤️

My single disabled unemployed mother fell for the brainwashing of Robert Tilton, Kenneth Copeland, and Benny Hinn in the 90’s. She didn’t go to church ⛪️ but made vows and sowed seeds to “God” hoping for a blessing in return. She “sowed” our child support money- which was all she had. I knew it was a scam. It used to make me so angry 😤 that she fell for obvious fraudsters. I would even fight with her and make fun of her as a child for giving to those obvious scammers. There was another church that gave me and my brother a scholarship to their Christian elementary school, and she would give these charlatans the money instead. I turned away from Jesus as the only way, from watching this play out; and got into the new age- because at least that was honest… God delivered me from every lie, and the fear of Lord fell on me when I saw a hell testimony by Bryan Melvin 10 years ago. Real people of Jesus Christ give to the poor and the widowed. They are stewards of God’s provision and goodness. Thank you to Costi for speaking the truth about his background as it’s exactly what I imagined. Many have turned away from the Lord because of this type of false teaching. Glory to God it’s being exposed and people have the chance to repent for their true salvation in Christ.

This is a great video. My family had TBN on 24/7 when I was a kid. I also stuttered horribly. I thought, due to word faith teaching, that the stuttering was due to a weakness in me because I was never healed. Imagine carrying around tgat confusion and burden as a kid!? I went to a healing service around that time. I went forward to be healed. Got pushed on my forehead and didn't go down. I was pushed again, harder, then fell back because I was "supposed to". I laid there for a while...I wasn't under the spirit... I was tired. The stage carpet was soft. I continued stuttering for yesrs and still do some to this day. But, my faith in the real, Biblical Christ is strong. Im glad I got out of word faith when I moved out on my own.

I absolutely understand. I grew up in 1) all the TBN stuff (Hinn, Copeland, etc), and 2) in abuse. I "tried" to be a Christian as best as I understood, but nothing came of it. I was trapped in horrible abuse, constantly rebuking the devil. Nothing. Tried to read my Bible on my own. Nothing. I tried so hard! I didn't understand, in more ways than one. I didn't understand that I wasn't saved! I did the prayer over and over, but I wasn't dedicated to Christ. I got "saved" and was hoping for everything to magically get better! I wasn't in it for service at all. Of course I was a kid, and raised in a warped way. I often say God slapped me awake, and it took a lot of slapping 😂😭 I just didn't understand, and I learned so wrong. Like if a person trained to be a surgeon by drawing humans on paper, chopping them with scissors, and Elmer gluing them back together. Absolutely useless! But God saved me. From my own self, the devil, and his useless doctrines from TBN. Know that God loves you, and I do too😊🫂 God knows who strives to be His💔👑❤️‍🩹❤️‍🔥

Hi, God shaking the church is language of false prophets. Season is also the language of false prophets. What scripture does say is there will be a great falling away. God is separating the sheep from the goats. If you have had the teachings of false teachers and want to unlearn them, there are good ministries out there on Utube. This is one of the good ones. Mike Winger, Fighting For The Faith with Chris Rosborough, Andy Woods is an expository teacher, which is what we need. Jack Hibbs, Tom Hughes, and Dave Hunt who recently passed to glory. Missionary Spencer Smith has a great program. Check out his teachings on Third Adam series.

I wrote in my first book how Jesus Christ MIRACULOUSLY Healed me at 19 when my left shoulder was killing me and I was pregnant and suicidal. I turned on the TV close to midnight at Benny Hinn was there in a white suit and he said, “THERE IS SOMEONE WHO HAS EXCRUCIATING PAIN IN YOUR LEFT SHOULDER 👀 GOD WILL HEAL YOU!” I immediately lifted my arm and asked God to heal me and I would live for him. Alan Lee, I have fallen under the Spirit also. I believe every pastor had an original calling. I love his testimony. But when men go public, I think the people have not covered these men in prayer as we should and the world can get in and they can get into error. Coming from a previous Benny Hinn skeptic for the record. I was invited and went to a Crusade in Pittsburgh with my Church youth around 1996 as a 15yr old kid. Myself along with a few others had went to Church our whole lives, but were there mostly because our Parents made us go. We decided to go on this trip, mostly because we knew that we were going to Kennywood Park while there. When we arrived, we went to the Stadium in Pittsburgh for that evenings service. As we walked down the steps to go to our seat, I started noticing that quite a few people were starting to fall out in the Spirit across the Stadium... and saw a woman in a wheelchair in front of us get up and start jumping and shouting his praises...mind you, this is 2-3 hrs before the service started and the Stadium was not even half full. Not too long after out of nowhere, I started to feel chills all over and the hairs on my body raise(only happened in Churches for me a couple of times before). You could literally feel the presence of God all over, and I was in awe...along with my friends who tagged along who were sinners like me, who felt it also. Then the Choir started warming up...there was shouting, speaking in tongues, people kneeling and praying at their seats all over...it was absolutely amazing and the Holy Spirit filled that place long before it even started. Fast forward through the service to the Spirit slaying...I had never fell out in the Spirit, and honestly assumed it was just people falling for attention. I knew that Benny Hinn was about to wave his coat and everyone fall, just like on TV. He told everyone to join hands. I had felt the presence of God all over and had been crying. I prayed,"Lord forgive me of my sins and from any doubt in my mind that this is real. I pray that I feel what they are feeling, I need it in my life Jesus."...at that time Benny yelled,"Take It".I watched as rows of people fell, and as the wave of people fell around the Stadium, I shut my eyes and BAM...it literally felt like a jolt and then floating on a cloud. Without a doubt the most amazing thing that I ever felt. I then opened my tear filled eyes and realized that I was slumped into my seat, even though I had been standing before that and didn't know that I had even fell. I couldn't believe what just happened and could barely stand. I then heard a girl beside me who went to my Church and wasn't saved, crying praising God and also barely able to stand at his presence. Say what you want, but I know what happened at one of his Crusades. The power of God was there and worked through him!

God also opened my eyes and when I respectfully left my church after speaking to the leaders, as I was at church daily to praise and pray and open the building early morning, in the worship team as well; I was very close to the pastor and his wife considered them like my parents. But when I confronted them about many points I was not at peace with and finally with the peace of God left the fellowship and gave them a 10 pages letter to explain the biblical desagreements, thanking them etc...their answer was to text everyone asking them to block me telling everyone that I hurted many people (lies of course). it is good that God opened Costi Hinn's eyes regarding the lies and errors of the WOF/prosperity gospel...its just sad that he is going from one error to an others by trusting and beleiving in the calvinist doctrine which is also a misinterpretation of the Word of God. I beleive WOF-Prosperity gospel is wrong and also calvinism is wrong.... How about believing the bible, the Word of God in its context. Please read my comment. I’ve been part of the WOF movement for 3 years and didn’t even realize it until yesterday. I grew up in church but I wasn’t around much of this until the last 3 years. A couple of days ago I fasted, specifically because I needed clarification about going to a certain Bible school I’ve been accepted into. (They are WOF). God spoke Romans 12:2 to me, and I didn’t understand why. I heard the Lord say to me that all of my mindsets and perspectives are about to completely change, I would need to be open to receive what was next. So the rest of the day, I was completely open for anything He wanted to speak to me. It started to become heavy in my spirit, that THAT is how I always need to be. Not asking Him what I think should happen or what I wanna hear, but completely surrendering and obeying His will for my life. And then it hit me, what have I been doing this whole time that is different than that? So I went on KZbin after praying and the first video I seen was this interview. I watched the entire thing. And when I tell you my mind is completely blown, I am speechless. I was engaged last year to someone who strictly believed this, I’ve been accepted into a school that believes this, my church believes this and most of my friends do. i never knew what I was doing or being deceived by until yesterday when He renewed my mind. Im not a new Christian, I’ve been to many revivals and churches in my life. I’ve seen many different beliefs. I stuck to this one though, and I was terribly wrong. This mindset was ingrained in me for so long that I didn’t even think to question it. I will never be this person again, I will never pray like this again.

When I first learned of Benny Hinn, I went to Chicago, Illinois to experience the anointing of Jesus on Benny Hinn’s ministry that I knew was of God. I want you to know, I personally had a supernatural encounter with Jesus during that service that I know was a divine impartation gift from The Holy Spirit that I will never forget. Costi Hinn, I would advise you to keep your mouth off of God’s ministry and His servant. If Benny Hinn is a false prophet I would encourage you to pray for him rather than publicly run him down to whoever will listen and believe you.
