Honestly I do think I prefer Benny bailing and dumping his chips on to you if you end up saving him from the Legion. Feels right.

I've set Benny free several times and never had home come back at me (obviously this isn't fake i just dk how to trigger it). My only question is: how in the FUCK does Benny watch you basically single-handedly kill the entire Praetorian guard and also Caesar, and think that he'll stand a chance against you solo?

@@retrothousand5722 i actually think this is a restoration mod, so it was meant to exist within the game but it was cut for one reason or another. My guess is that these dialogue options were hidden in the game files and reused for this mod (?) Super interesting!

This is cut content that a modder put back into the game. Benny was originally meant to do this but due to writing and/or time constraints they had to remove this. Same thing with a lot of stuff unfortunately (such as the sleep option with Mr House)

On one hand, it makes sense that Benny would finally get the hint that he stands no chance against the Courier and finally stop trying to win a showdown with the Courier. But on the other hand, this cut content does highlight how, even after failing time and time again, Benny is too stubborn or egotistical or too much of a snake to give up on his big plan of his, no matter how much the odds are actually stacked against him.
