Hey Ben question. I’m in florida they will not let us have shredded cheese on our carts for the chili dog, what do you think about putting the canned cheese sauce in a squeeze bottle rather than keeping it hot on the cart. Any Thoughts?

Hello friend, you’re allbad. I used to get swamped the second I got there so I started warming the steam pans at home and dumping the dogs/chili/cheese and buns in as soon as I arrive and then I set up signs/flags/etc. Any customer asking if it’s ready gets charged and if I ‘need a couple minutes to steam your bun’ that’s what happens.

Google: proximity marketing Several companies offer those. We tested with over 50 vendors and were unimpressed. They didn't work well (when they worked at all).
