Just got the LTT. The basic trigger was good.... Added the threaded barrel and trigger job in a bag with 13#. Wow... I can honestly say this is god trigger... I'm not exaggerating when I say perfection. Double is as easy as Glock trigger to pull. But soooooo smooth and breaks. Single action is laughable. It's small spring take-up but no real resistance then wall. And breaks. It's not like ice or candy cane... It just breaks like a good pencil lead... Snap... Zero creep. Just snap... I just started laughing and smiling and checked again while writing this. The best money I have spent in a while. Thank you Langdon Family. They were so responsive in all emails. Amazing people. And their products.... WOW

Installed in about an hour and was not too difficult. Huge difference on the DA pull, and the Single Action Pull is like a button! Crisp with a short reset- very nice. With the trigger kit, #12 hammer spring, steel trigger, and Lok grips this is a world’s difference from when I first bought my 92FS. Great job Langdon Tactical!

This video absolutely nails it. In addition to a tiny crochet hook I made good use of a dental pick to position the sear spring and a tapered pick to align it. The DA trigger pull is now 2 lbs 12 oz and smooth as glass. Amazing!

my first gun work I have done myself. Took about 1.5 hours, my Italian made gun had the rolled pin and it was a sob. I just finished up and I like the action alot. I only had 1 thing different from the video I had to take out the slide release before the trigger pin. Thanks for the video.

I’m late to the game, but I received my trigger job in a bag today. Had it installed in 30 minutes in my 92X Centurion. What a difference! No more over travel and a butter smooth DA pull. I don’t have a lanyard loop, so I had to get creative to get the hammer spring cup out.

Great video helped me get my trigger kit installed in a 92 clone (Girsan Regard MC) without too much problem. Trigger pull on D/A is like night and day compared to what it was before. Just installed the trigger job in my Italian 92fs. The pin to remove the hammer spring was tough due to the rolled pin, but the rest was very easy. The new trigger is very light and crisp! It was exactly what my 92fs needed. Thank you for the installation video!

Hi Ernest-Not too long ago I upgraded a 92FS trigger. The difference in the trigger could only be described as a spectacular improvement. This week I purchased a M9A4 from an out-of-state retailer. Because of the great experience I had with the 92FS conversion, I purchased a Trigger-In-A-Bag kit from Langdon Tactical. When the pistol arrived several days later, to my amazement, it immediately became clear to me that Beretta had made dramatic improvements on the M9A4trigger over the old 92FS. When I compared the M9A4 out of the box to the upgraded 92FS there was very little difference. I wanted to return the unused, unopened, Langdon Tactical merchandise for a refund. However, there is no contact information on your website. (No phone number and the address is listed as "not a public storefront. Do not return merchandise to this address". We used to do this without any additional parts required. We disassembled the beretta, polished the hammer with a fine stone and CLP, cut the hammer spring a couple loops and Walah! Easy expert shooting badges 👍🏾👍🏾

Too late for me, unfortunately. The video is the recent video on the OP trigger bar, and he says to stone the hammer instead of the trigger bar.

@@elonmusk8667 Oh okay. I do not remember (keyword: remember) any polished surfaces except the hammer spring, which had the bottom flat surface polished so it would rotate smoothly in its channel. All the parts are finished in whatever finish you choose (black or NP3). I could be wrong, though.

I dont have my 92fs yet. But I'm surprised how some parts remind me off 1911 parts. And the tear down. Well minus a few springs. Love the armorer's block. I would say the 13# is a great all-around option. If you are running weird stuff or lots of NATO primers, the 14# may be a good choice.

Received the Trigger Job in a Bag last Friday and installed it easily in my 92x with this video as a guide. The trigger felt great and I was so excited to try it out that I took it that evening to the local gun range. Has an extremely short reset, approximately 1mm by the looks of it, and about a 2.5 lb pull. The weight is ok with me but the reset was too short for my comfort. Fired about five rounds through it and then had bump fire for the rest of the magazine! Took me by surprise to be sure! Strung about five shots in a three inch vertical string before I was able to disengage. My kit used the Wilson Combat Deluxe hammer, 13# hammer spring, and the Volker flat faced trigger shoe. Do you have any educated guesses as to how to correct this? Otherwise I’ll go back to stock and change one thing at a time…

You may have put your sear spring in backward. I don't believe the gun is "bump firing" from the short reset. The sear does not have the correct tension on it from the spring. just as a heads up for anyone else, when you remove the slide stop the spring that holds the trigger pin in place may want to exit your gun at the speed of mach fuck to then place itself in another plane of existance never to be seen again by your mortal eyes. you then add 3-5 business days of the installation of the kit while the replacement spring ships to you.

I have to know. If I'm not mistaken you've won multiple championships shooting a stock 92FS. Did that mean stock from the factory or were you allowed to change things with manufacturer upgrades? Were you allowed to polish stock parts or cut springs? When I say upgrades, I mean any component manufactured by Beretta that did not come with the handgun purchase, but is readily available to everyone for purchase. Including anything from springs to changing out grip panels. Thanks for all your great videos.

So when I was winning national titles back in the day, there were no aftermarket or factory upgrades for the 92 Beretta. That was quite a few years ago; things are much better now. I won with a 92G, 92G Elite, and the Elite II, basically factory guns. Factory parts with a trigger job. So yes, some polishing and stonework were done, but basically stock guns. Also, I was shooting in either Stock Service or Production divisions, so very few modifications were allowed anyway. I did play with some lighter recoil springs from Wolff toward the end if I remember correctly. I did not cut hammer springs, we used the Beretta 8000 Cougar and PX4 F model hammer springs back then. That was more than 20 years ago.

I finished the install and it works in DA and SA really light pull in both, but it sounds like sandpaper as the parts move. Specifically when I rack the slide from the hammer being decocked, the trigger has a slight bit of takeup that sounds like sand paper but once I pull that takeup it doesn't let the takeup back out even if I push the trigger from behind. Its like the SA trigger has a little more to go from what it travels when the hammer is cocked, but it disappears when you move it that little bit. Is that just the new parts not being oiled yet and the new parts wearing in?

I have a TJIAB on the way from your Black Friday sale. Trying to decide which of my three I love the most to put it into! I have a Wilson brigadier tactical, but I'm leaning towards my standard 92fs due to the more holster options for carry. I was wondering if the LTT trigger bar has less occurrences of the DA issues? I'm also interested in the carry bevel, and wonder if that bevels down the edge on the inside of the trigger guard, as my finger drags on that when firing.

FYI: The trigger is all steel with a polymer coating for comfort and heat resistance. It is not a plastic trigger. Put a magnet on it. Or call Beretta tech dept, they told me it is a steel trigger with a polymer coating.

You are correct, it is plastic over-mold, and there is a steel frame under the plastic. Most of that steel is at the top of the trigger.

@@mercyrules1617 Yes, but the factory sold steel trigger does not hold up well. I have broken two of them and seen a third break. I have never broken one of the polymer factory triggers. My understanding is the all-steel trigger was made for the EL model so they could gold plate it for aesthetics and not for function. The all steel trigger does improve the trigger pull in my opinion, but both of mine broke at about 2,000 rounds.

I just did mine. Take up is there in SA but there is no creep and the reset is almost nil. I’d say the reset went from 1/4” or so down to maybe 2 millimeters. Over travel is also almost nil. DA went from 10lb 11.4oz to 7lb 2.1oz. SA went from 4lb 12.3oz to 3lb 5.9oz

Yes, everything is fitted and check if we do it. The Trigger Job in a Bag is very close to what we do, the steps are all the same, but we cannot check fit and adjust if we do not have it in our hands. We like to say the TJIAB is 80% of what we can do here.

All the parts in the kit are important to the trigger job. We go through a 43 step polishing process for the trigger job in the bag. The decocker is not part of the trigger job kit.

I was on the Marine pistol team a few years ago. i'm trying to find something similar to the match m9's. how close does this trigger get to a bullseye gun? and, are the beretta made wilson guns worth it over trying to find a match m9 somewhere? i can't find one.. i have an order in with Steve Huff at Accuracy X for a 1911, but i'm trying to find a 9mm service gun to use as well.

So the trigger from this kit is likely to be much lighter than a bull's eye gun. NRA rules normally require a 4 lb single action on a "service pistol" and most of these kits come in under that weight, normally around 3.5 lbs. Also, building a Beretta to that level of accuracy that the 2112s at Quantico can do is very difficult and expensive. I do not do that kind of work and only a few people outside of the military do that work that I know of. Hope this helps.

A guy on ebay sells "accurised" barrels that basically use a bushing on the end to lock up in the front. Other wise i believe its metal inserts in the frame. You can buy one that is ready to go for about 2 grand but there is a waiting list.

The 92X performance is a frame safety gun, and therefore it uses a different sear and will not work with the Trigger Job In a Bag.

The instructions are pretty good, but I can't say the same for the camera work. I've watched the video on three different monitors, and can't see what's being done for probably half of the steps. Closer shots, and better lighting, are desperately need.

We have tried to get better with our camera work and lighting. This was done years ago and has worked really well for a lot of people so far. It likely needs to be re-shot with better equipment, but it has been working really well for so long it is not a priority.

I have a LTT 92 and a friend has a Wilson. The LTT does have a better trigger than the Wilson. The thing I like better about the Wilson is that it has a black barrel , trigger and looks better in my opinion. If the LTT was all black it would be the best pistol on the market.
