Bernardo is such a nice guy it makes it hard to remember that he's an absolute monster on the mat 😆
@dan5626 Жыл бұрын
He collects a paycheck by pretending he doesn't know absolutely everything about what is being shown in the videos. This guy is a 3-time World Champion, Henry Akins is a nobody. It must pay well having that fake grin in his face and making people believe this concept (trivial) is new to him.

Yes. Thank you, Bernardo, ❤for being the training dummy. You are the man. Hilarious. I make similar sounds when I'm getting submitted. You had me rolling laughing. 🤣

I went to school with Henry starting in the 6th grade way back in 1986. Hard to believe that kid turned out to be one of the baddest dudes on the planet.

I like following Henry’s instructional videos . He’s truly a Jujitsu scholar in every sense of the word. I think he’s highly intelligent as he teaches the fundamentals principles and concepts which increase your ability to apply the techniques through understanding the mechanics necessary to achieve success as you know principles over techniques! I’m going to invest in his videos. Thx Coah AL

In my opinion, the americana is the least respected sub in bjj, but once someone actually refines its application, it turns into a really high percentage move. It's one I use all the time and continually shock people that I roll with.

Roger finished Buchecha with a bow and arrow? I don't think so. If Roger Gracie gets the collar choke, he finishes the collar choke.
@Spiritof_76 Жыл бұрын
Some people call all wrapped around collar jokes from the back a bow-and-arrow. I don't. It should just be when the leg or pants are grabbed.
@Leitefsj5 ай бұрын
No disrespect, but you guys could stop advertising Henry as a “Rickson black belt”. I bet, although he learned from him, most of what he shows must be his own approach of the techniques.
