My love for this episode is like a truck, berserker…. Seriously, the manga version of this episode is sooooo much deeper. It’s one of my favorite sections of the story. I would advise you to just read the manga. Yes, there are other reworkings of this IP, the 97 is the best version. The manga is a masterpiece, so stick with that.

My recommendation for the next Anime/TV show to react is... Fullmetal Alchemist (the first not-original version - which I consider even the best - or the correctly adaptated from manga: Brotherhood)
