Gowthsmi even my self I reached 93 kgs 9 yrs back . I realised my self n with strict diet n gym I reached 63 kgs in 5 months . Now iam 49:yrs old still maintng same . I go regularly gym n follow diet . Since few months iam not keeping well . So no gym so doing intermittent fasting to maintain weight . Still mntaining 63 kgs . So totally 30 kgs weight reduction in 5 months duration . I feel really happy n proud myself for consistency
