I did it same , but without exercise (I did my household work without maid), I lost 25 kgs in 1 yr ,., I gained to 85 then I reduced to 60.5,,, it’s true if u have strong will power u can reduce,,, I am also one of the example,,, u r talking nicely Gowthami

Gowthsmi even my self I reached 93 kgs 9 yrs back . I realised my self n with strict diet n gym I reached 63 kgs in 5 months . Now iam 49:yrs old still maintng same . I go regularly gym n follow diet . Since few months iam not keeping well . So no gym so doing intermittent fasting to maintain weight . Still mntaining 63 kgs . So totally 30 kgs weight reduction in 5 months duration . I feel really happy n proud myself for consistency

Same story... For me but Naku inka marriage avaldu... Same milagane diet chesanu... Naynu night shift job chestu una... Weight tagganu I am 94kgs before now I am 77 still more to go but I am happy what I achieve... Very inspiring mam....I understood how pain u faced during weight loss journey... Congratulations for your achievements....
