Miraculous, what can I say other than that. The osteopath and numerous videos professing to have the cure for shoulder impingement did little to alleviate 18 months of utter frustration. Then I came across this video and have since purchased the SMM on the basis of the results I got from these three wonder moves. A week in and I was noticing a difference but I dared not to believe. Another week and there was no mistaking that something was happening, yet such was my previous experience I still did not allow a smile of triumph. However after a month, I dropped my defences, I had no choice, the pinching had gone from a 10 down to a two. And I believe that two is based more on muscle memory than reality. Thank you Tom and Jenni from the bottom of my heart.

Ah that is fantastic news!! Keep these up alongside SMM for another few months for sure before relaxing off a bit!

Wtf. 3 reps of the first exercise has already almost completely taken away my shoulder pain. 2 years multiple dr appointments, a script for painkillers and there was only slow improvement over that entire time. 3 reps and now I have the same range in both shoulders, with just a tiny ping of pain at the extreme.

Thanks for this. Does shoulder impingement always feel like pinching? I sometimes get soreness at the front of my shoulder, almost like a nerve is being stretched there. It tends to happen when I move my arm and my shoulder is rolled forwards. Compression forces, like in a bridge press or side plank, tend to leave it aggravated for a while too, but it never feels like pinching.
@TomMorrison8 ай бұрын
Sounds more like an irritation yeah! Could be more stability related if your range is ok with no restrictions, things like bottoms up kettlebell presses would be good to test on each side to see if there’s a noticeable difference in strength

Hi! I love you guys! You have saved me from surgery! Doing really great with your SMM workout. But I’m wondering and have been waiting for you to address why it’s more advantageous to do the shoulder rotations while on all fours as opposed to just sitting and rolling your shoulders the way Jennie did before getting on all fours? Besides the fact that it’s so hard to do, so I don’t tend to do it, just doing the shoulder rotations sitting, as part of my routine every morning to get this body moving, seems to do the trick. Thank you for everything!🥰
@TomMorrison8 ай бұрын
You want the feedback of pressure from the ground and you want to train the ability to dissociate the elbows from the shoulders too, when you’re upright you allow everything to move at the same time, there’s benefits to both like, so just do both 💪🏼

Please read my story. I've been dealing with shoulder impingement for over three months. After watching countless videos on exercises and stretches on KZbin and diligently following them with perseverance, I feel like for every step forward, I take one step back. While these exercises offer immediate relief-let’s be honest, ‘immediate’ really means ‘temporary’-I’ve only experienced slight improvement overall. My question is: HAS ANYONE OF YOU EVER COMPLETELY HEALED FROM SHOULDER IMPINEGEMENT ONCE AND FOR ALL??? If you have, please share your experience and story in the comments. I’m feeling frustrated and desperate, and any advice would be greatly appreciated.
