Excellent warmup.. Thank you for including thoracic and hip openers. Plus, the get ups and standing hip work is great for balance/stability.

I did this and 5 min warm up #1. It was a great fit for my goal of doing some mobility work at the end of a long Monday. Got me warmed up and some mobility work in as well. I'm glad I came across your channel in my "suggested videos" page. I'm definitely a beginner level but will work on what I can with the equipment that I have. I've shared your channel with a few people already. I hope your channel continues to grow.
