That JP-2C head is my bucket list amp, the best sounding amp I've ever played for heavy music. It even beats my 50watt Rectifier short stack but I bought that before the JP-2C was out.

25 (Gibson) watts needed to “kinda” keep up with a “not too loud” drummer? My Fender Blues Junior keeps up with loud drummers at 15w.

@@HALWASRIGHT I don’t remember maxing my FBJ to get the needed volume. Full transparency my FBJ is one of the Texas Red models which is a limited run that doesn’t have the stock speaker. But I don’t think it’s got more volume than the stock black model.
