@@CoffeewithCarey No offense, but you lack game. Meeting in those places, allows room for quick dismissal. For example, coffee shop the person could easily say, "oh I'm just here for coffe", another example, the gym situation, "oh I am here to work out". Online dating is advanced and efficient, however, it is heavily dependent on your actual geographical location. Try to online date in Cheyenne, Wyoming, USA, you will find it a struggle because it's cultural, not sex positive, intolerant, and a lot of ghosting from these west coast flakes.

Congratulations if you are able to somehow naturally attract women who will take the first step! (Shocking, in my experience!). Ok look, I am tall, have certainly been called good looking, highly educated and successful, in fact extremely wealthy, also very artistically talented, and a number of other seemingly positive "qualifications". Yet, I never, I mean EVER... am approached by any women, not even a checkout girl, and never see even the slightest glimmer of notice or interest from women. Therefore, when I hear stories like this, I honestly find them hard to believe. In my life's experience, if a man is to EVER develop any kind of relationship, he has to deliberately work at it, and this is not easy for an intelligent introspective well-read sort of fellow. Not easy! The few times I have attempted a "cold approach" sort of effort have met with zero interest. I think the only way to ever date a woman is to somehow KNOW her ahead of time, already have some shared interest. That was sure a lot more possible back in college.. not now.

It’s ’The Disney Princess Syndrome’. I’m a single man. I’ve dated women for decades. I was fortunate, I had a very successful career in Film, TV and the Music Industry in Hollywood for over 40 years. I never had issues that many men have in dating because, I still have what they want. But trust me, I could write books on all the insanity I could tell you about dating and women in Hollywood especially. Women who you know of in film, TV and in Music. In fact, I probably could start a completely new career just talking about it. I was smart, I never married. I still have all my wealth, sanity and resources because, I don’t have 3 or 4 ex-wives and zero child support. But OMG, do I have male friends that do. Oh, and please don’t even get me started on Cultural Marxist Feminism that is absolutely destroying society. Virtually every woman I meet is to some degree infested with it making them horrible to be around. Trust me, men are DONE with most modern women in the western world. That is why so many men are going over seas to find more traditional women. I too have considered it as well. I’m sure you have heard of ‘The Passport Bros ‘ ? I could write a book here on just my experiences with dating crazy, delusional, narcissistic, greedy, devious, militant, super aggressive status seekers, materialistic gold diggers etc. But still, I absolutely love women but, I learned the nature of women many years ago. My closest friends are all women for many years. Men didn’t change - women did. But, women want to blame men because, most women absolutely hate accountability. It’s much easier to just blame men for everything that goes wrong in society never daring to look in the mirror. That certainly does not mean there are not fabulous women there absolutely are but, I have found they are very rare just like really high quality men are very rare. But, it’s a very complex issue and our society is collapsing as you realize. There are many factors but, I can tell you the primary cause here in America is Cultural Marxism or ‘Wokeness’, has driven a wedge between men and women that grows every day. As they say … GO WOKE - GO BROKE. Men are usually more conservative than women. We did not have Socialism in America until women had the right to vote. That is a historical fact. Communism wants to turn men into women, and women into men to destroy society. You are a woman, do you like weak feminine and passive men ? I seriously doubt it. Sorry, I could go on for hours because, this subject is so complex and vast it requires many hours of conversation.

@@CoffeewithCarey , If you're only seeing things from a woman's perspective, I understand your confusion as women have a natural aversion to being honest about/recognize their true nature. When the gentleman refers to the "finish line", he's talking about a man's success. Women, especially over 30, are primarily interested in a walking ATM machine. Women seek to date up or at worst, across, never down. A man wants to be wanted for who he is, not for what he has. A man of means has no qualms about dating the cute check-out girl at Home Depot for a possible mate. In contrast, the professional RN, who's not over 350lbs, is not going give the store's security guard the time of day. Male groups/channels, through sharing their collective experiences, have unraveled what was once thought of as the unknown mystery: female nature. Once you have that knowledge as a man, it's enlightening but bitter and sometimes I wish I hadn't sought out the truth of it. When the gentlemen refers to "The Bad Boy's" he's speaking of men whom women complain about the most, yet are in competition with each other for those men. Studies on dating apps show the top 10% percent of men are passing back and forth 80% of the available women who don't seem to mind sharing these men. These men have the reputation of being "jerks." The type of men women say they want: Hold's open doors, considerate, predictable ect, women find these men boring, but may eventually settle for this type of man as a retirement plan as they age-out and have little hope of attracting/locking-down a "Bad Boy."
