If u want to reduce please do exercises for at least 30 min per day your fat will not burn if you do for 10 or 20 minutes . So many of them are confusing you like this videos, actually fat burn will take time and it's according to your diet, age, Etc..

Please don't do it regularly scientifically it's not good you may feel tired and the muscles of your arm will get injured, No muscles should not be given traing continues training. Give min of one day rest. If u are doing with weights please give 48 hrs of rest.

ഈ work out ചെയ്തു പിറ്റേന്ന് എന്റെ കൈ ഭയങ്കര വേദന. എന്നാലും ഞാൻ വിട്ട് കൊടുക്കൂല വേദന സഹിച് ഞാൻ അന്നും ഞാൻ ആ exercise ചെയ്തു 😌

Hi, Spot reduction doesn't work. Burning sensation is because production & accumulation of lactic acid on the particular muscle or area. Not the fat burning. If u want burn fat, do full body workout like cardio, HITT etc. Fat doesn't burn from one spot. But this exercise is good for tonning and strengthening. I repeat burning sensation is not fat burning. U cant lose fat in targetted area. Thank u
