Great value! Question: if i upload all my customer in a csv and all my top 20% customer in a csv. How do Google know what they looking at?

Hey, thank you, I'm glad you have found value in the video. Its all to do with the chrome profiles of users and the information they have on people about their interests etc.

@@rprprp-q1e You would need to create that audience yourself. One audience is for all customers and one is for the top 20% of spenders. I normally create these in Klaviyo or Shopify.

@@Joshinstone thx for your time but thats not my question. Lets say I upload 2 customer lists. One for all customers, one for top 20% customers. I Then upload these two lists as my data in pmax. How do pmax know what these lists represents? Its just 1000's of emails. So my question is how pmax understand whats being uploaded. Its that how I name my lists? Or what? Thx mate

For Ecomm, we should create 5 different assets group? 1. website visitors and specific product pages 2. total purchasers, specific product purchasers and top25% pf spenders 3. total purchasers 4. specific product purchasers 5. top 25% of spenders. Is it right?

I would begin by consolidating all of the audiences into one audience signal to begin with. However, as you want to progress your account performance, this will come down to testing. These tests can involve: ad copy, listing groups and audiences used. When it comes to the audience signal testing, this is when segmenting these audiences into their own asset groups would be appropriate. Once you find the "winning audience" this is when you can further expand the audience with variations. The idea is find the "secret sauce" and scale your account by expanding and refining this secret sauce.

But how do you add or generate this Your data? All I have to choose from is; All visitors (Google Ads) System defined Website visitors, All visitors (Google Ads) Website visitors, and All Converters (Google Ads) Website visitors - So I added all 3 of them. And after I set up signals, the ads more or less stopped running. What am i doing wrong ? :) Edit; I also connected GA4. and from there I generated ; Purchasers of Company name - GA4 Website visitors and All Users of Company name - GA4 Website visitors. So now its 5 in total. Should I just delete the 3 from google ads and just keep the ones from GA4 ?
