Got some nato stands. Nice wide footprint and pretty tall. Good for the 109. I would never trust those ratchet stands. Only good for supporting an axle. I want it safe when I’m under the vehicle with wheels and springs off etc. Can’t beat lumps of sleeper!!

Need to work on my welder skills before I start making anything structural! Looked at a pair of 800 mm stands on eBay and they are silly money used ! Get your self making kits up to sell 👍 All the best Mat

I did contemplate making a few more sets, but if used incorrectly they are deadly. Get some practice in as they are massively practical 😉

Very impressive!.....where did the pins come from?.....bet they're not man enough to hold up the Freeloader I'm currently working on :)

Cheers! They're 316 stainless 16mm I made them, I think the rating is slightly more but hey ho. I would hope they are man enough or this exercise has been a big waste of time 😅

@@GrumpsBarn already contemplating a jack bracket to support a Transferbox like Mike's at brit rest
