Instead of jumping from exercise to exercise and seeing ZERO results, place your focus on these two and give it everything you've got. Also keep in mind that a LAGGING bodypart will only grow faster with more workouts throughout the week (2 - 3 workouts), not spending more time in the gym on only one day. A muscle can only take so much abuse at a time. Letting it recover and then hitting it again is the only was to see gains! *ALL LAGGING BODY PART WORKOUTS: **kzbin.info/www/bejne/f3qvnX6sf7h9n9U&list=PLacPhVACI3MO7bIlLlCXq2v81OveZb9Cb&index=6* *Pull-Up Progressions:* kzbin.info/www/bejne/mHKoppRmr9qSbZY

Yo again Scott, the dead hang on the chin-up is often not recommended if you're using a bar! The natural path for your hands when raising them that high is to turn the palms facing each other. Anyone without good shoulder mobility should imo do those on rings or on a neutral grip, which is really not that different when it comes to the lats, but much safer on the shoulders...

There are many videos about glutes and legs on all channels, but what about a video on something almost everyone neglects, the hips flexors. I'm sure all the videos about anterior pelvic tilt shows just how many people neglect that area and completely forget it exists until there's a problem

Good point man. I think it could be a good video to make, but there would still be a lot of people who don’t care about them haha.
