I think you should remind others that most indoor fields have a 350fps limit. Making sure your pistol shoots under that, especially if your primary doesn't, ensures that you still have a CQB legal weapon to use in that case. Also, a super cheap option I'd recommend is the Elite Force H8R. My friend runs 2 of them. :D

If you are just looking to mess around not too seriously and have fun, I'd say just have fun with spring pistols. They are extremely cheap and are still loads of fun to use with your buddies. I owned a GBB I have a C02 357 revolver by KWC and I also have an CM.125 which is a copy of a tokyo marui usp by cyma that is around 50 Euro. Out of the box with 20/25 bbs and hop up adjustment I can have the same performance as a starter gbb gun twice the price while not spending gas nor having tho deal with fails under cold climate. The first time I shot a guy's aep impressed me and that's why I bought one. It shot just about fine but you had to use lower weight bb's because the fps is low at around 200. However aep's are very upgradable, can change battery to lipo, spings, barrels, motors, gearbox if u want to almost anything (not that you need to but a few of these I mentioned are a good choice). 50 euro the base gun and around 100 more for upgrades and now I have an aep that will last forever and performs like a beast that can compete easily with high end gbb and I have full auto and I don't care about cold climate. So your opinion on aep's is biased because it has no blow back. I've shot real guns and I don't find a need for my airsoft game gun to have that. AEP's are a good choice for new players and for veterans too. Gotta drop the elitist attitude and realism card. Airsoft will never be 100% realistic and a slight recoil on your pistol doesn't change that much tbh.

C02 will last better in the long run and will most likely be cheaper. You can buy a 50 cartridge pack of C02 for around 20 dollars or so on a website and that'll last for years. Whereas green gas is about $15 per canister and won't last nearly as long. So I'd wager that green gas will be more expensive in the long haul.

Non blowback that takes co2 would have to be the best option, gnbb’s take a lot less gas and your cartridges should last longer. But you might have to use heavier bb’s. Non blowback sometimes goes beyond 400 fps

It's always smart to clean and lube any GBB weapon pistol or rifle because they are more venerable to dirt and grime. But if you don't clean them all the time it'll still go bang when you pull the trigger. Still a good idea to keep them well kept when you can.
@Sanshirobo7 жыл бұрын
The Elite Force 1911 A1 is great until it stops working. There basically aren't any aftermarket parts for it, so if it breaks, you're plain out of luck. If you're dead-set on getting it though, just lube up the slide and and fieldstrip/clean the gun after every game.

I got a cheap GBB from academy for like 60 bucks a while back. Fixed hop but it was 60 bucks. Great quality feel and it’s great for the CQB field I play at. If anyone wants a GBB on the cheap it’s a killer pistol. It’s the Tactical Force 6xp and they have it on evike as well!

Mid-2019 and your recommended "beginner" pistol is $120 US? Any chance you can do an updated video that doesn't recommend a pistol so expensive? I'm pretty sure no beginner is willing to drop more than a Benjamin for their first Airsoft sidearm.

Lmao I'm getting my first one for 20 euro and it comes with a laser aim thing and an extra mag+like 1500 pellets

Would you recommend using a pistol as a primary for a beginner?
@RWMilSimGC7 жыл бұрын
I personally wouldn't considering if you are playing against a bunch of guys that are using rifles, you could be at a very big disadvantage. However.. If you were to dual wield them.. would be extremely difficult, but the "awesomeness" factor would basically negate that.

As an Airsoft Player and mainly pistol user for 2-3 years I almost agree with all that he says in the video; especially brands. ASG, KJW, KWA, and Elite Force/Umarex make some of the best pistols out there and even get some of the best licenses; but I think he fails to mention how awesome the Tokyo Marui Hi-Capa. Although it is not as beginner friendly as the CZ P-09 or the 1911 TAC, it is heavily upgradeable and an excellent base to start, with the addition of help on upgrading just a google search away. A recommendation from my personal arsenal is the CZ P-09 Suppressor by ASG and originally by KJW, it runs both green gas (300-320 FPS) and CO2 (340-350) FPS and has one of the most important features on a pistol in my opinion which is a suppressor ready barrel and a picatinny rail. Along with excellent tolerances with the barrel and slide having almost no wobble which is essential for pistol accuracy. Lastly, it is cheap with a staggeringly low $120 US for such a damn fine pistol. Most pistols don't have suppressor ready barrels and end up with you having to buy a new barrel in order to have the ability to put one on. Take it from me; AVOID internally threaded outer barrels because not only will you have to buy another thread to put on the actual silencer or buy a silencer that fits an internal thread; your silencer can also limp super hard instead of being straight and flush with the barrel. Another thing he fails to mention is the quality of the pistol, there are some easy things to check when buying a new pistol as to whether or not it is high quality and that is: 1: Little/No Barrel and Slide Wobble (Quality ones have almost no wobble) 2: Metal Outer Barrel (this helps with the longevity and durability of your gun since this is the part that is going to be in contact and in action most of the time) 3: A Picatinny Rail (SUPER important for lasers and flashlights) 4: Taking apart the actual gun (if allowed) to check paint quality and lube quality because seeing something as small as this can tell alot about the quality of the rest of the parts. I learned this the hard way with my Echo1 Timberwolf, it was an ok gun but as time went on I saw how terrible the paint quality was and every time I disassemble it to clean it, my hands come out way more black than with other ones and it ended up being the worse out of all my pistols. Another point is maintaining your gun, THIS IS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT IF YOU PLAY OUTDOORS. Every one to two sessions you use your airsoft pistol you need to clean it and lube it. Trust me this is alot easier than it sounds, simply taking apart the gun and applying silicone oil to the point where the slide meets the lower frame. Every three to four games you should be cleaning the bucking; on most pistols this is located on slide near the back sight post and should have a square hole in the middle, pull this part forward towards the front sight post and just put some silicone oil in that gap. These steps help the gun action smoother and last longer with less malfunctions with the gun. Lastly, before I go is shopping for pistols; There are dozens of brands out there and especially on Evike you'll find a mother butt ton of choices especially in the 1911 section and it is important to know what to buy and avoid. Stick to the brands he mentioned in the video (with the exception of SOCOM Gear M9's and M&P 9 by Cyber Gun) to a tea and you will never be let down, look at the reviews and really pay attention to the negative ones because those ones list issues that are common with the gun.

PocketAsianMits bro what about WE Tech? Isn't it good? I'm really worried about one thing in airsoft i don't want that to break easily So yeah I don't which brands are good and high quality you think you can help me out with starting airsoft? I mean let me tell you I can waste money max:500$ Or if I'm gonna get a modified gun from umbrella armory than I would waste 1000$ dollars... But still if you can help me I would really be happy... Thanks.

WE is hit or miss. Some people get good one, some people get ones that literally fall apart. We wouldn't personally recommend them because we've had some of their products break on us in the past.

RWMilSimGC omg thanks a lot Matt your the best! What other pistols do you recommend? It doesn't have to be beginner friendly... thanks!

Tokyo Mauri Makes some great pistols. However, because of their country's laws they are mostly made out of plastic. But even so, they are extremely good shooting guns and work very well.
@amermegrahi67007 жыл бұрын
RWMilSimGC well TMs are good but they are more likely to crack.... I guess I'll stick to your plan cause it's just like I want... I'll get the G&G in your past video and I'll get a 1911 tac both will be tan I guess any. And you any sites that ship to turkey? If you have a link for a 1911 I would be very happy. Thank you!

Im interested in just shooting targets. Accuracy is big important, speed is important & if possible an adjustable power for longer distances. I was also wondering if they have one that converts to long gun. Pemember the old Backpacker pellets gun, long pistol with clip on stock & 10 pump adjustable.. Thanks for your help.. We used to love shooting buttons with pellets guns from the picnic table.
