This was a perfect short workout for me today. Five of my grandkids are visiting, all under age 7, and I was able to sneak this in while they watched Netflix:-)

@@maryt6606 just below the video on the right-hand side, click the "SAVE' text. a drop-down list will appear and at the bottom, it says "CREATE NEW PLAYLIST'. click it and then type in the name you want. now, every time you click save on a video, you can select what playlist you want it to save to or create a new one.

This was fabulous! Did this one today as an alternative for what’s on the workout planner as I am on holiday at moment with no equipment, was absolutely perfect! Loved the tricep work at end! Followed it off with a leg finisher too! Excellent session as always Pj thank you, and for all the equipment free workouts! It’s awesome to still be able to workout whilst away from home.. somehow feels a little more smug😂😂

Thank you PJ, I really enjoyed that. As for the spiders, I never kill them either, inside or outside. Also, centipedes in the basement eat the silverfish and the Mud Daubers on the deck get rid of the wasps:)

Haven't worked out for a long time after having my 2nd kid. And just turned 40 soon thereafter. This workout was a great way to kick start working out again! We don't kill spiders either, we transport them too! 😀

We must be kindred spirits PJ- I too have my own pet toilet spider! LOL His name is Fred and he eats all the little gnats that are attracted to the night light behind the toilet :D It's good to know I'm not the only nut who allows well behaved spiders to stay in her home ;) This was a great workout, without lifting a single dumbbell!
