Thanks so much for the easy to understand recipe. I baked 10 scones from your ingredients(possibly not 5cm thick),added a lot more rosemary as I have much to use, and didn't need as much of the 160ml milk. They turned out perfectly. 20 mins at 230deg C, then turned down to 180 deg C for the last 5 minutes. Thanks once again.
