BEST Chicken Burger Ever! Flavorful & Juicy with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

I love burgers. I will try this but in smaller burgers. Great recipe. Did you buy the chicken pre-grounded at the store or did you grind it yourself or is it out of a can? I am just curious which is the best? Wow now that is a burger!!!! I love sugar free sweet pickels. Yummy.

Typically, I make 6 burgers from a pound of ground chicken. I wanted the burgers to show nicely for the video and photo so that is why they are bigger. The chicken I used was ground fresh from breast meat and boy could you tell the difference! When I cannot get fresh ground, I get pre-ground from the grocery store. And now that I think about it, I am going to grind it myself if I cannot find fresh ground the next time I make them. Thanks for reminding me I can do that!!
