Hello everyone. This time, I make Japanese popular food “Omu Rice”.

Ingredients
・200g rice
・50g chicken tender or breast
・1/4 onion
・50g ketchup ( for chicken rice)
・A little salt and pepper
・2 eggs
・A little salt
・Appropriate amount oil
・Ketchup (for topping)
Recipe
・First, make chicken rice.
・Cut the onion into 8mm Squares.
・Cut the chicken into 1cm cube.
　This time, I use chicken tender ,but it’s okay use chicken breast.
・Crack the eggs, add salt, mix well.
・Oil into heated pan.
・Sauté the chicken and onion until brown.
・Add salt and pepper, then sauté.
・Add rice, and sauté.
・Add ketchup , and sauté. Chicken rice is done.
・Oil int

　Egg into pan, and cook. Spread egg and cook thinly.
・Chicken rice place on egg ,then wrap chicken rice.
・Shape with paper.
・Put on ketchup.
